The shipping Policy of Purduehealth.com is to ship as soon as possible when you place an order. If there is a delay in shipping time, we will contact you right away and provide an update on the status of your order

You can choose from a variety of shipping options for your order: express, standard, and economy. Please check the following table for information on our different services - Purdue Stores.

The shipping policy and the refund policy are two separate policies, but they may both be included in your return/exchange section.

You can find the above delivery times listed in business days (Monday to Sunday excluding national holidays). It will take 10 business days from the date of shipment for us to investigate any lost orders shipped via standard shipping.

There may be some items that do not qualify for free shipping.

We do not offer the Everyday Free Shipping Program on certain items.

The minimum purchase required for the Everyday Free Shipping promotion is not applicable to limited purchases (below 500$).

If you want your order to qualify for free shipping, all regular-priced items in the cart must meet or exceed the minimum purchase requirement for that program.

When we have finished processing your order and our transportation partner has picked it up for delivery, you will receive an automated shipment confirmation from Purduehealth.com. This e-mail marks the beginning of the period during which you chose to have us ship your items (and after which point shipping is no longer available).

Shipping Carriers

Orders shipped via standard shipping may be shipped by the US Postal Service or FedEx. Unfortunately, there is no way to guarantee that your order will be delivered with a specific carrier when you choose standard delivery.

Carriers will tend to deliver packages by 8 PM on the estimated date.

Default Shipping Location

The address used as the default at checkout is your most recent shipping destination. You can change this by clicking on "change" beside the default and selecting an alternate option or entering a new one in its place.

Payment Modes

National & International Shipping

For Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses take time on the shipping process.

We do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses or locations outside the continental United States.

Currently, we do not ship outside the United States.
